We offer remote support to our existing clients to train and help them troubleshoot, solve and setup software. To access remote support you will need a pre-installed desktop icon or a unique personal identification code (provided by yortech).

  1. Enter PIN then click Go:

You may then be asked to download some software and you should Run this and respond with Yes, OK or Allow to any questions you are asked. Once complete we will have access to your system as if we were sitting in front of it.
