We have taken the excellent work done by Safe Exam Browser, distributed in German (and hence with German error messages) and customised it into English and a single downloadable installation file for Microsoft Windows systems (XP or later) to avoid those installation instructions and to give the professional installation process that you would expect from any software.

This allows you to distribute a single file that automatically points to the right Internet location for all your users.  You can download an example here (12MB).

If you would like your own English, packaged and branded version, for a small fee we will produce one for you which you can use as many times as you wish – you would not be paying for the Safe Exam Browser – this is freely available (currently) – just the expertise in preparing the installation package.  We will need you to supply your target URL and a logo in JPEG or PNG format.  You can order online here.

200 Concurrent User System:

Domain registration, Moodle (latest stable version) installation, Quad Core Xeon 2.5Ghz Dedicated Linux CentOS Server with 250GB of hard drive space, 4GB RAM, cPanel, backups and unlimited bandwidth and service.  12 month contract £3,500 + VAT, no setup fees.  Rolling monthly contract £325 + VAT per month, one off setup fee of £325 + VAT.

For either of the above if you wish to arrange your own backup system, the price will reduce by £500 + VAT per annum or £40 + VAT per month.
